This Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between Synhex Solutions, an entity incorporated under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan ("Synhex," "We," "Us," or "Our"), and the individual or entity accessing or utilizing the Website and Services ("User," "You," or "Your").

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The User irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Sindh, Pakistan for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Synhex Solutions reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to all or part of the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and Synhex Solutions regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements and understandings.
Synhex Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the last revision will be updated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
